Inside Sales Support Executive
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Commerce.
Responsibilities:
1) B2B Portal Management:
o Handle B2B platforms like IndiaMart, TradeIndia, and other relevant portals.
2) Quotation Preparation:
o Create detailed quotations in Excel as per customer requirements.
3) Lead Generation and Appointment Setting:
o Book appointments through effective cold calling.
4) Sales Funnel Management:
o Maintain and update the sales funnel to track potential leads and opportunities
5) Database Mining:
o Research and mine data from LinkedIn and other websites to identify
prospects.
6) Sales Closure:
o Handle the entire sales cycle from pitching the product to securing payment
7) Marketing Support:
o Prepare presentations, mailers, and advertisements to support sales campaigns.
8)Customer Relationship Management:
o Address and fulfill previous customers’ requirements.
o Manage customer complaints and connect them with the relevant department
for resolution.

Field Sales Engineer
Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Field Sales Engineer with expertise in factory and process automation to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of industrial computers, data gateways, and data converters, and be able to provide exceptional technical support and customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
1) Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
2) Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers by visiting on-site and remotely
3) Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets
4) Provide technical support to customers on-site and remotely
5) Collaborate with the sales team to identify new sales opportunities
6) Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
7) Attend industry trade shows and events to promote our products
8) Provide feedback to the product development team to improve existing products and identify potential new products
Requirements:
1) Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering field
2) Minimum of 1 year of experience in the field of factory and process automation
3) Strong knowledge of industrial computers, data gateways, and data converters
4) Excellent communication and presentation skills
5) Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6) Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
7) Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
8) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Hardware Tester
Overview:
To perform testing, validation, and verification of embedded electronic hardware products,
ensuring functionality, compliance, and reliability before release to production.
Responsibilities:
1) Conduct functional testing of embedded hardware products such as device servers,
IoT modems, data converters, and display systems.
2) Perform hardware debugging using oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, multimeters,
EMI probes, and other test equipment
3) Execute test plans, procedures, and test cases for hardware modules and full systems
4)Support design and R&D teams in prototype validation and board bring-up activities.
5) Verify compliance with EMI/EMC, safety, and performance standards.
6) Document test results, identify issues, and work with design teams for corrective
actions.
7) Maintain and calibrate test instruments and ensure adherence to lab safety protocols.
8)Assist in preparing certification and quality documentation for regulatory approvals.
Requirements:
1) Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
2)1–3 years of experience in hardware testing and validation (freshers with strong
fundamentals may also be considered).
3) Exposure to embedded product development and certification processes is a plus.
Key Skills & Competencies:
1)Strong knowledge of electronics fundamentals (analog, digital circuits, power
supplies, communication interfaces).
2)Hands-on experience with hardware testing instruments (oscilloscopes, spectrum
analyzers, function generators, power sources).
3)Familiarity with embedded systems, microcontrollers, and communication protocols
(RS232/RS485, Modbus, Ethernet, CAN, etc.).
4)Understanding of EMI/EMC concepts and compliance testing procedures
5)Ability to interpret schematics, datasheets, and hardware design documents.
6)Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
7)Good documentation and reporting ability.

Responsibilities:
1) Firmware writing and implementation.
2) Modification of existing firmware.
3) Porting of existing firmware to new hardware platforms.
4)Board bring-ups, R&D board testing, and validation.
5) Internal and external documentation of products.
6)Troubleshooting and providing technical support.
Key Skills & Competencies:
1) Strong knowledge of C programming.
2)Communication protocols: I2C, I2S, SPI, UART
3) Knowledge of protocols such as RS232, RS485, Ethernet, RF, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth.
4)Hands-on experience with microcontrollers such as STM32 Family, Arduino Family,
Renesas, ATMEGA, and NXP.
5)Proficient in IDEs including Keil, STM32 Cube IDE, Visual Studio Code, Arduino
IDE.
6) Good knowledge of embedded hardware design and implementation.
7)Strong testing and debugging skills (both software and hardware).
8)Experience in managing and leading a team.
9)Ability to manage design targets (Yearly/Monthly/Quarterly).
10). Track industry developments and stay up-to-date with current technology.
11). Hands-on skills: DSO, DMM, soldering, board bring-ups, and testing.
